7 months agoI'm only giving 5 stars because I'm bias and work for McDonald's. My kids love the playplace and their DT is fast. However... This place is always dirty: floor, washrooms, tables, chairs, overflowing garbages...radio is 9/10 off and personal music is played oftentimes.Travel path is non-existent. Managers look lazy and lack energy. With Chick-fil-A opening soon you would think a change is in place. Act asap because you will lose a lot when it opens.

7 months agoGreat experience i visited from Brampton to the this city for something and stopped by This location great customer service although they messed up with my order but Manager #Kashish made it right immediately with so much of politeness Thank you KASHISH great Service Food felt fresh ever at 10pm thank you great hospitality

7 months agoOrdered an Egg McMuffin, Spicy habanero chicken and double Big Mac combo. The Big Mac and McMuffin was tender, the fries were crispy but the chicken burger was dry. But it was still worth the money spent !

7 months agoThank you Hespeler McD's! I went in today to order 25 Happy Meal's for a program I run for my kiddos. This McDonalds did this order for me wonderfully! They had it ready as soon as I got there for pick up, and helped me to my car. I forget the names of the two employees that helped me (hectic day!), but thank you so much, you were so kind. The kids were SO happy!

7 months agoWish i could give ZERO STARS! What a shyte show. Ordered MEDIUM green tea black BAG OUT! Received SMALL CUP with BAG IN FULL TO THE BRIM - Got 2nd degree BURNS OVER 1/2 OF BOTH HANDS! This was 2nd order today 1st time this afternoon I got a LARGE after ordering a MEDIUM in clear well enunciated English, because it was a LARGE CUP I was able to navigate the FULL TO THE BRIM CUP WITH BOILING HOT WATER BECAUSE THE LARGE DOESN'T COLLAPSE INWARD LIKE THE "SMALL" CUP (which I didn't order) FOLDED WHEN I REMOVED THE LID TO REMOVE THE TEA BAG TO PORE OUT SOME EXCESSIVE HOT BOILING SCALDING WATER! EPIC FAIL TWICE!!

7 months agoFriendly staff, and organized. They always get my order right. Sometimes I have to park if in the drive though, considering they’re constantly busy, I don’t mind! Definitely one of the best ones in town.

7 months agoThe service here was amazing. The staff that were working on Mar. 28th @ 6pm were so kind & helpful. I am a person with a disability who uses a mobility device. There was a young woman who helped me with my meal, carried my food & cleaned up the area where I was sitting I really didn't have to ask. It was her initiative. I forgot to get her name. I hope that this is typical of the staff. The woman who took my order was also kind, friendly & helpful. I think that she was a manager. The food of course was fast food but it was hot, tasty & flavourful. I got a Big Mac meal & Oreo McFlurry. Both were good. I love that I can add extra veggies & sauce to the Big Mac. The fries were hot & fresh. Accessibility: Automatic door openers that work. Wide aisles for easy access Washrooms have a larger accessible stall. Drinks are a bit out of reach for a person in a wheelchair but it is in an accessible location.
